Dispatch times
Once your order has been placed, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible during our standard business hours of 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched & is on its way to you. This email will include your tracking information. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Any item that is redirected or delayed due to an incorrect address or lack of instructions may alter the delivery timeframe. Any extra charge is at the customer's cost. Delivery timeframes are just an indication, we will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.

We will provide a copy of your receipt via email & a hard copy will also be sent with your order. It is important that you hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return your purchase.
