Returns & Exchanges

At Dear Ted we hope you love your item, but if you wish to return your item we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will contact you to issue you one of the following: Exchange or Refund

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dearted.co. Please quote your order number and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend using a registered & trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns

Exchange
We can hold the item offline for you, please contact us at hello@dearted.co to arrange your exchange

Refund
Will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.)
